Since it's inception in May of 1992, the
Foundation has channeled many funds
to many worthwhile projects, some of which are:
1. Two new computer labs at the High School
2. Upgrade of computer labs at all three Schools
3. Creation of a Middle School Playground
4. Hedding Grade School summer reading program
5. Pottery wheel for the High School Art Department
6. Improvements to the FFA greenhouse project
7. Updating a baseball field
8. New sound system at the High School auditorium
9. Microscopes at the Middle School
10. New Band Uniforms
11. Fax machine for each building
12. Wood and metal lathes in the High School Industrial Arts Department
13. Computerized sewing machine at the High School
14. Sponsored the School play's done the spring by the High School
15. Purchased scientific calculators
16. Assisted with Middle School in- service training
17. Kiln for grade school art class
18. GPS receivers for High School Science And Agricultural Departments
19. Video equipment for high school
20. Software for grade school computer lab
21. Yamaha keyboards for Middle School Music Department
22. Annually award two $1,000 college Scholarships
23. Awarded over 50 teacher grant requests
24. Underwrote appearance of Lincoln impersonator at Civil War Day
(Middle School)
25. Commando Club- After School Program
26. Accelerated Reader Program-Grade School |
